Synechron is seeking an experienced and strategic Associate Director of Sales to lead the development and execution of sales initiatives that drive revenue growth. This role involves guiding the sales team, fostering key customer relationships, and collaborating with marketing to optimize sales strategies. The ideal candidate will contribute to the achievement of business objectives through a data-driven approach, industry insight, and strong leadership capabilities. Software Requirements
The successful candidate must have proficient knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software such as Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics, with hands-on experience using these platforms, ideally with version 10 or above. Advanced proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is essential, with an ability to generate detailed reports, presentations, and data analysis. Familiarity with marketing and communication tools like Marketo, Pardot, and Hootsuite is required, with experience managing or executing marketing campaigns being preferred. Additionally, experience with project management and collaboration tools such as Asana, Trello, and Slack is necessary for effective team coordination.
Preferred skills include familiarity with data analysis and visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau, which can enhance insight generation and decision-making capabilities. Experience with sales engagement and automation tools will be considered an advantage.
Overall Responsibilities
The Associate Director of Sales will be responsible for developing and implementing the company's overarching sales strategy, aligning with organizational objectives. Day-to-Day Activities

Qualifications
