Main Responsibilities:

• Pursue strategic partnerships for student progression, twinning programs, and exchange opportunities.
• Negotiate Memorandums of Understanding (MoUs) and articulation agreements for student progression and twinning programs.
• Maintain strong relationships with partner institutions and key stakeholders.
• Develop comprehensive progression pathways and credit transfer models with university academic teams.
• Collaborate with internal and external academic teams to ensure academic quality and compliance.
• Lead end-to-end execution of student exchange, dual-degree, or progression initiatives.
• Track project timelines, performance indicators, and deliverables.
• Serve as the liaison between leadership, international university partners, and Indian institutions.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 6-10 years of experience in higher education, preferably in institutional partnerships and international relations.
• Strong understanding of Indian higher education landscape and international mobility trends.
• Proven experience in establishing articulation, exchange, or progression programs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
• Willngness to travel frequently across India and occasionally internationally.
