● Drafting and vetting of commercial contracts
● Drafting and vetting of Lease, Leave and Licence and JRV.
● Manage the legal issues including the pending litigation of PAN India of the Company with active coordination with Corporate legal team.
● Maintaining and updating of MIS by taking day to day updates from the Company’s on-board counsels and report to HO on daily basis.
