We are looking for an experienced BI professional who would be responsible to lead business intelligence and analytics projects for a life sciences account. The incumbent will be responsible for working with lead business analysts to deliver end to end business intelligence and analytics projects.
Responsibilities
• Lead complex analytics and consulting projects related to sales and marketing for a large US based pharmaceutical manufacturer
• Liaison with client and onshore team to understand complex business problem and define solution
• Build PoVs, help structure POCs, is client front-ending, is a story-boarder, can respond to RFP/RFIs
• Has conducted extensive assessments / blueprinting / due diligence for prioritization problem statements, planning offshore-ability, building solution architecture
• Has experience with Visualization tools preferably Power BI & led analytics delivery for pharma majors
• Experience with SQL/Python is mandatory
• Understanding of Medical Affairs domain and experience with VeevaCRM, MEDAL and salesforce datasets is a plus
• End user thinking while developing KPIs
• Excellent written and oral communication skills and ability to express complex technical concepts effectively, both verbally and in writing.
• Identify areas of innovation
• Guide offshore developers and data architects in implementation of solutions
• Work with data modelers and developers to identify data needs, sources, and structure to support client issues
• Ensure consistency and adherence to standards of service
• Healthcare industry/professional experience as an analyst
• US healthcare commercial industry/professional experience as an analyst.
• Ability to work in a team-based environment, as well as the ability to work independently. Ability to work effectively with people of many different disciplines with varying degrees of technical experience

• Bachelors or Master's degree in Science with focus on quantitative sciences, MBA
• Extensive experience with Python/SQL and developing Power BI dashboards
• Experience of working with Pharma datasets
• Familiarity with medical affairs is an added advantage
