This position will support the Senior Vice President and the broader South Asia practice based across New Delhi, Mumbai, and Washington D.C. The Associate role is offered as a full-time position.

Associates play key roles in supporting the firm’s research, analysis, and client engagement. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in public policy and regulations in life sciences (pharmaceuticals, medical devices, and/or other areas of healthcare). In addition, a successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to distill developments and trends into actionable insights and strategic recommendations for clients.
RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
- Support the South Asia team in servicing life sciences clients through execution of high-value-added deliverables
- Proactively track policy, market, and industry developments impacting client equities. Conduct thorough industry and policy research and analysis as well as business due diligence
- Lead the drafting of high-quality executive memos, reports, briefing materials, and other written products for external (client) and internal (TAG) audiences, often within short deadlines
- Actively participate in regular client engagements, including briefing sessions and workshops, alongside senior team members
- Support senior team members in facilitating the end-to-end management of visits by global client executives
- Provide logistical and event support for client engagements
- May perform other tasks or special projects as needed according to business needs.
Job Requirements
- Master’s degree or equivalent academic/practical experience related to economic, industry, and policy issues in India/South Asia
- 3-5 years of prior work experience, preferably including in a client-servicing industry or government
- Strong and nuanced grasp of life sciences policy making and regulations in India
- Outstanding research, analytical, and writing skills
- Strong attention to detail, including under tight deadlines; excellent project management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft applications, especially Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
- Experience in data visualization and design a plus
- Genuine desire to learn, including through feedback from senior team members and peers
- Team player with eagerness for professional development

- Proven working experience (8+ years) in digital marketing/Advertising platforms and in delivering marketing solutions, particularly within the Life Sciences Industry
- In-depth knowledge of branding, creative development and execution, digital marketing, and campaign deployment and optimization
- Experience in working with middle to senior management levels within existing organization / client organizations
- Experience in working with Agencies or working in a Marketing agency for Life Sciences Clients
- Strong understanding of marketing, advertising technologies (with hands on) and ability to apply technology know-how to better how our clients reach out to their customers
- Should be good with using Analytics tools to measure the performance of digital marketing activity and ROI.
- Proficient in marketing automation and social media marketing tools/platforms
- A proven track record of creating and implementing successful marketing and sales campaigns for major cultural activities, including all marketing mix elements
