The **Officer
- Sales and Credit Ops ( LPO ) **understands the work of sales process, credit underwriting, documentation and processing for secured loans. The primary focus will be to implement credit policies, and analyze credit data, interact with customers to verify and collect credit information and work in close coordination with Sales, Credit and Operations.
**Pre and Post Sales**
1. Manage relationships with retail customers on phone who have already expressed their intention to take a home loan with Agrim HFC and assign the prospective lead to Sales team for addressing.
2. Coordinate with Sales and Customer for Sales PD completion by filling the Property details
3. Follow up for any Pending Documents from Customers.
4. Single point of contact for all leads, logins, MIS, tracking.
**Credit**
1. Trigger Legal, Technical and Verification.
2. Bank Statement Analyser
3. Credit Appraisal Memo Preparation
4. Verify and assess each of the customers documents.
5. Follow-up with customers for any pending documents.
**Disbursal**
1. Prepare the Loan Disbursal Documentation and trigger E-Sign.
2. Explain the sanction condition to the customer while signing the docket.
3. Collect Original PDC's & Disbursal Documents.
4. Keep Track of OTC's and PDD Documents.
5. Collect all Original Documents from Sales Team and Send it to Vault Custody.
6. Preparing draft MODTD and MOE.
**Experience & Skills**:
