• Perform regular checks, adjustments, and tool changes to optimize machine performance.
• Maintain proper records of production output, machine settings, and daily reports.
• Identify and report any machine malfunctions, defects, or quality issues immediately.

3. Qualifications & Experience

ITI Fitter / Diploma in Mechanical /ITI Machinist / Tool & Die / related field.

25 years of experience in operating Multislide / Spring Coiling / YSM machines.

Freshers with ITI/Diploma background may also be considered (training will be provided).

• Operate and monitor machinery used in the production of carbon-based products.
• Set up machines and ensure proper calibration before starting production.
• Perform routine maintenance and minor troubleshooting of machines.
• Ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
• Maintain proper records of production output and machine performance.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–3 years of experience as a Machine Operator in a manufacturing unit (preferably in carbon or chemical-based industries).

• Willingness to work in shifts as per production requirements.

Preferred Skills:
