The Credentialing Manager will be responsible for the overall operations of our credentialing department. Key Responsibilities
- Lead a team of credentialing specialists, providing guidance, regular feedback, and performance reviews.

- Manage EFT enrollment and updates for secure, timely provider payments.

- Collaborate with internal departments to integrate credentialing processes seamlessly.
- Monitor industry regulations and payer policies, resolving complex credentialing issues.

Qualifications
- 5–10 years of leadership or management experience in a medical credentialing department
- Expertise in payer enrollment, CAQH, NPI registration, and state and federal regulations
- In-depth knowledge of credentialing processes and their impact on medical billing
- Strong leadership, team-management, and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities
- Proficient with credentialing software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic office environment
- Successful completion of a background check required
