We are looking for an Information and Communications Technology (ICT) Network/System Administrator to join our ICT team and support our global operations. You will be responsible for providing technical assistance, troubleshooting, and maintenance of our ICT systems and devices. Key Responsibilities
- Provide escalated support to end-users on ICT issues and requests, such as hardware, software, network, and cloud services.
- Install, configure, and update infrastructure systems and services.

- Document and update procedures, policies, and manuals, and maintain accurate records of assets and inventory.

Required Qualifications and Skills
- At least 3-5 years of experience in a similar network role, preferably in a large or global enterprise company.
- Proficient in Microsoft Azure, networking technologies, Windows Server, Office 365, Active Directory, Entra AD, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Customer-oriented and problem-solving attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, and to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Though not required, exposure to PowerShell, LogicApp, and PowerBI scripting, automation and reporting is an asset.
- Willingness to learn new skills and technologies, and to adapt to changing ICT needs and demands.

Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and troubleshoot office systems, networks & servers
- Ensure cybersecurity, backups, and data protection
- Support LinkedIn hiring team: job postings, applicant tracking
- Analyse hiring data, system usage, and platform performance
- Handle Google Workspace, cloud storage, and employee access
- Automate repetitive tasks using basic scripting tools
- Create reports from Excel/Google Sheets for management
- Keep records, folders, and shared drives organized
- Office file management – digital and physical document organization
Required Skills
- Windows/Linux OS basics
- Network management (IP, routers, firewalls)
- LinkedIn & job portal operations
- Tools: Google Workspace, Excel, Google Forms
- Optional: Bash/PowerShell, basic analytics, ATS tools
