JPMorgan Chase is seeking a Recruiting Specialist to support the Bangalore corporate centre. The Recruiting Specialist will manage a high volume portfolio of openings at the non-exempt and professional levels, in addition to the following responsibilities:

- Ensure that JPMorgan Chase is positioned to attract, source and recruit the best talent, both internally and externally.
- Execute on deadline driven hiring and collaborate with onshore partners to refine recruiting strategies as necessary to support the need.
- Partner with onshore partners to determine weekly screening priorities/initiatives.
- Manage competing priorities and multiple administrative recruiting processes.
- Delivery of specific recruitment projects as required.
- Utilize complete functionality of Taleo and maintain data integrity ensuring proper documentation of selection process and compliance within the recruiting process.
- Conducts phone interviews to build diverse slates for Hiring Managers to select and fill open requirements.
- Schedule interviews with hiring managers including required travel arrangement to meet the business in person
- Process payments required as it relates to interview
- and event-related expenses

Other Qualifications:

- Minimum of 2years full cycle, professional level recruiting experience. Preferred field experience within banking industry.
- Experience using taleo or other Applicant Tracking System.
- Expertise on SharePoint, MS Excel and Outlook Calendar
- Must be a self-starter, organized and detail-oriented
- Strong Drive for Results
- Willing to work in full day/evening shift

The FINTECH arm of Nasdaq Technology is looking for a passionate leader to build and lead the Client Onboarding and Training team of Client Experience.

The Client Onboarding Team of Client Experience is responsible for Business Configuration and Training services for Nasdaq’s clients. The team guides clients to configure their business rules in Nasdaq systems and support them through the whole delivery projects. Training will cover the functional usage of our systems and prepare clients for test activities in delivery projects and production. For this purpose, we facilitate, build, and develop training courses. We perform classroom training at customer locations as well as remote sessions.

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role guiding the customer in the creation and validation of the Business Configuration of the service/product by facilitating joint workshop and continuously working ready the Business Configuration of the Customer Solution for production solution / service go -live. Create and maintain course material and execute courses for the customer’s staff, including course administration and planning.

Your responsibilities will be:

  • Lead/facilitate workshops to demonstrate usage of our Trading products and guide clients to configure their business rules in the systems.
  • Lead design, development and maintenance of courses and training material for various products.
  • Participate in requirements discussion and design studies for identifying scope of work for the team. 
  • Collaborate with different teams internally (Product, Engineering, Sales and Professional Services and externally.
  • We expect you to have:

  • In-depth experience working as a Business Analyst or a Functional Tester in Capital Markets, preferably Trading.
  • Excellent communication skills to deal with clients across the globe.
  • Ability to engage and collaborate closely with external clients and internal stakeholders
  • A strong inner drive and motivation, growing in a high pace environment.
  • Ability to embrace sophisticated solutions and concepts and transform them into user-friendly material.
  • Experience with Unix/Linux.
  • 10-15 years of overall experience.
