Work Responsibilities: ● Conduct PET/CT scans, bone scans, thyroid scans, and myocardial perfusion imaging. ● Handle radiopharmaceuticals and ensure radiation safety. ● Interpret scan reports for oncology, nephrology, and cardiac cases. ● Guide clinical teams on scan suitability. ● Maintain AERB compliance. Procedures Involved: ● FDG-PET Scan ● SPECT/CT ● DTPA/EC Renal Scans ● Thyroid Uptake Studies Qualification: MD/DNB Nuclear Medicine

Diagnose and treat diseases using radioactive substances (SPECT/PET CT imaging, radionuclide therapy, etc.).

Interpret nuclear medicine imaging studies and prepare detailed reports.

Collaborate with oncologists, radiologists, and other specialists for integrated patient care.

Supervise radiopharmaceutical preparation and ensure safety protocols are followed.

Stay updated on advancements in nuclear medicine techniques and practices.

Eligibility Criteria:

Qualification: MD/DNB in Nuclear Medicine from a recognised institution.

Experience: Minimum 3–5 years post-PG

Valid AERB certification preferred.

Key Skills:

Expertise in PET-CT, SPECT, and radionuclide therapies.

Strong clinical interpretation and diagnostic skills.

Ability to work in a multidisciplinary oncology environment.

Position: Nuclear Medicine Physician

Location: HCG Manavata Cancer Hospitals, Nashik, Maharashtra

CTC: Up to ₹5.80 Lakh per month

Qualification: MD/DNB in Nuclear Medicine (5 years’ post-qualification experience preferred, not mandatory)

Commitment: 3-year employment agreement (Full-time; no private practice allowed)

The Role:

Applications are invited from Nuclear Medicine Technologists interested in a role with Northern Imaging Victoria (NIV) team at Northern Health.

This role requires a commitment to high quality work and patient care, in a dynamic and growing department dealing with a complex caseload amongst multiple sites. There will be the opportunity to upskill as necessary to the right candidate.

To be successful in this role you will have:

• Bachelor of Applied Science Medical Radiations or equivalent recognised degree.
• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Hold a current radiation use licence with DoH Victoria.
• Relevant Nuclear Medicine Technology experience, including PET/CT
• Demonstrated ability to prioritise workload, meet deadlines and complete activities either individually or as part of a team.
• Demonstrated effective interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate across all levels within internal and external stakeholders.
• Physical ability to perform all examinations and normal associated tasks (including manual handling skills and experience).
• Skills to act as an appropriate and effective role model and be involved in a work culture that reflect the organisational values through demonstrated professional behaviour and interactions with patients/clients and employees.
• Computer literacy, including RIS-PACS experience, use and understanding.
• Demonstrated attitude of an openness to learn, grow and change.
