- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Registered Nurse, with at least 2-3 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner.
- Strong knowledge of child development, common pediatric illnesses, and evidence-based treatment protocols.
- Proficiency in conducting physical assessments, diagnosing conditions, and developing treatment plans.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and empathetic skills for effective patient and family interactions.
