Role Purpose

Deliver disciplined, protocol-driven clinical assistance across outpatient services, ensuring digital vitals capture, paperless EMR documentation, seamless procedure support, infection control, and high-quality patient experience in a fast-paced multi-specialty clinic environment.


Core Responsibilities

1. Clinical Preparation & Digital Documentation

  • Capture and record vitals (BP, pulse, temperature, SpO₂, weight, BMI) digitally in EMR before each consultation.
  • Enter structured clinical history pointers directly into the clinic’s paperless EMR system .
  • Ensure 100% accuracy and completeness in all digital entries.
  • Maintain electronic task checklists for nursing workflows.

2. Procedure Assistance

  • Assist doctors during minor procedures including dressings, injections, nebulization, wound care, and basic emergency support.
  • Anticipate doctor requirements to prevent delays.

3. Procedure Room & Sterilization Readiness

  • Prepare and maintain sterile trays and instruments.
  • Follow autoclaving and sterilization protocols strictly.
