As a Patient Care Specialist & Sales Representative , you will be responsible for two things

1. Primarily, delivering EASE therapy sessions using our tDCS device - EASE, directly in patients homes. You will act as a vital link between patients and their psychiatrists, ensuring consistent treatment delivery, adherence tracking, reporting and compassionate care.

2. Following up with doctors to get Patient Referrals for home based treatment, Giving device demos, etc.

Role & responsibilities

• Travel to patient residences to administer prescribed sessions using the EASE device.
• Educate patients and caregivers about device use and treatment goals.
• Record session data, monitor adherence, and report any concerns using app-based tools.
• Collaborate regularly with assigned doctors and clinical teams to update on patient progress.
• Offer basic emotional support and encouragement to patients during therapy.

Preferred candidate profile

• Graduate Degree in a Medical or a Business Field
• Valid drivers license and willingness to travel everyday extensively.
• Own car/bike
• Proficiency in using Tech interfaces
• Fluency in English and local language - Kanada in Bangalore & Telugu in Hyderabad
• Strong interpersonal skills with a naturally empathetic personality.

Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for medical graduates, and selected candidates will be provided training along with a stipend.

The role entails reviewing medical records, analyzing critical events in personal injury, medical malpractice, and mass tort cases, and preparing detailed summaries.

The candidates who successfully complete the training and subsequent assessments will be recruited into the company’s role and will collaborate with attorneys and insurance companies to ensure accurate and comprehensive reports are delivered in a timely manner.

Required Qualifications:

BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/ BSc (Nursing) /MSc (Nursing) graduates with strong medical knowledge and a good command of the English language.

Required Skill:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of medical records and terminology
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in reviewing and summarizing medical information
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

Special Note:

Candidates with experience in clinical and other fields will not be considered as experienced. If interested, they can join us for the training.

For freshers, we provide a 6-month training along with a stipend. Please note that this is non-clinical work involving reviewing patients’ medical records.

Only BDS/ MDS/ BHMS/ BAMS/ BUMS/ BPT/MPT/ Nursing graduates will be considered for selection for the 6 months of training (No other qualifications are considered).

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of nurses, healthcare assistants, and support staff.
• Oversee the provision of high-quality patient care in community settings, including home visits and clinic-based services.
• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, develop individualized care plans, and ensure their effective implementation.
• Monitor patient progress and outcomes, making adjustments to care plans as necessary.
• Ensure adherence to all clinical protocols, safety procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Manage staff scheduling, performance evaluations, and professional development.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely patient records and documentation.
• Manage resources efficiently, including supplies and equipment.
• Act as a primary point of contact for patients, families, and external healthcare providers.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or equivalent qualification.
• Master's degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, or a related field is preferred.
• 5+ years of clinical nursing experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or management role.
• Experience in community health, home healthcare, or public health nursing is highly desirable.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient advocacy skills.
• Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations and standards.
• Current nursing license and any required certifications.

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Nursing Practice (DNP) with a specialization in Pediatrics or Family Practice from an accredited program.
• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) and Nurse Practitioner (NP).
• Board certification as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner (CPNP) or equivalent.
• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience as a Pediatric Nurse Practitioner in a clinical setting.
