- Assisting with diagnostic procedures and providing emotional support to patients and families.
- Staying updated with the latest advancements in pediatric nursing through continuous education and professional development.
The successful candidate must hold a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and possess a valid nursing license. A minimum of 2 years of experience in pediatric nursing is required, with specialized experience in areas like neonatology, oncology, or intensive care being a significant advantage. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential for effectively interacting with children and their families. A genuine passion for child healthcare and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure are vital. Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS) is mandatory. This role offers a chance to make a profound difference in the lives of children.
