Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Strategy: Define and execute digital strategies aligned with customer goals and field service needs in the oil and gas sector.
- Client Engagement: Serve as the primary contact for key clients, ensuring delivery of high-quality, tailored digital solutions.
- Project Oversight: Lead end-to-end digital project lifecycles, ensuring timely, budget-conscious, and scope-aligned execution.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, clients, and technology partners to gather requirements and ensure successful solution deployment.
- Team Leadership: Foster a collaborative, high-performance team environment with strong leadership and mentoring.
- Innovation: Stay abreast of emerging technologies and trends in oil and gas; recommend and implement enhancements.
- Training & Support: Develop and oversee training programs aligned with both tactical and strategic goals to ensure effective tool adoption.
Your Profile
- Education:- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in digital transformation/project management are a plus.
- Experience:- 15+ years in digital solution development, with at least 5 years in the oil and gas sector. Proven track record in leading digital transformation and large-scale initiatives.
- Technical Expertise:- Strong knowledge of digital technologies (software development, IoT, cloud). Familiarity with industry-specific platforms is a plus.
- Project Management:- Skilled in Agile, SAFe, or managed services delivery models.
- Analytical Skills:- Strong data-driven decision-making and process improvement capabilities.
- Communication:- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Travel:- Willingness to travel to client locations across India as needed.
