What you will deliver

Content Strategy and Integration:

  • Plan and strategize content creation and integration opportunities across various platforms, including in film, in show, with partners (auto portals), influencers, website content, and e-commerce A+ content and social media handles.
  • Collaborate with space and brand teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing goals.
  • Develop and execute a content calendar to ensure timely delivery of content across all platforms.
  • Ensure all content is consistent with the brand voice, style, and tone.

Sponsorship Deployment:

  • Deploy all sports-related sponsorship deliverables, including cricket and motorsports, creating and supporting intellectual properties (IPs) to drive engagement and conversation around the brands.
  • Manage and activate sponsorship agreements, ensuring all deliverables are met and leveraging partnerships to maximize brand exposure.

Partnership Management:

  • Assist in managing existing partnerships and forging new ones to drive engagement and build consideration for brands.
  • Regularly evaluate and report on the effectiveness of partnerships, suggesting improvements and adjustments as needed.

Influencer Strategy:

  • Develop the influencer plan for all brands across all platforms, including YouTube, Instagram, and auto portals.
  • Identify and engage with key influencers that align with brand values and marketing objectives.

Content Development:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging content for various platforms, including video, blog posts, social media, and website content.
  • Work closely with creative teams to develop compelling visuals and multimedia content.
  • Ensure SEO standard processes are implemented in all content to improve search engine rankings and visibility.
  • Coordinate with e-commerce teams to create A+ content that enhances product listings and drives conversions.

Campaign Management:

  • Oversee deployment, including creating briefs, creative development, deal closures, and financial administration.
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of influencer and content marketing campaigns.

What will make you successful

  • Post Graduate degree in a related field
  • 4-6 years of work experience in a media, content, or social media agency.
  • Demonstrated ability to devise and administer content plans at scale, including in film, in show, with partners, influencers, website content, and e-commerce A+ content.
  • Prior work experience with influencers and platform integrations is a plus.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in using analytics tools to measure and report on campaign performance.
  • Comfortable working with ambiguity and short turnaround times.

1. Outlet management

- Finalise beat as per switch Promotion Plan for outlet mapping and ensure deployment of promotional elements and gifts at outlets as per Activity calendar
- Work towards development and innovations in Signage Elements example racks / main shop signage/ gandolas etc
- Collate and update TSEs & TLs monthly Scores in online & offline Portal
- Prepare and supervise contracts for rental outlets and get their approval through the legal team
- Ensure accurate documentation, supervision and monitoring of challans, in & out stock register, bills, POs, GRAs, PR and attendance of the sales team
- Plan and execute POSMs, Display Units, shelf shares for branding and merchandising as per contract and get required sign -off for PO payments "
2. Brand communication and visibility
- Help SCMM develop brand communication options at various channels as per brand imperatives
- Co-ordinate with vendors to oversee execution of signage in the state.
- Execute agrees visibility strategy and track and monitor visibility execution
- Responsible for the choice of outlets for implementation along with the Sales team.
- Use outlets as media vehicle to drive seamless route to consumer effectiveness by building brand visibility, imagery, creating demand through consumer winning activations and leveraging USL portfolio for effective sell-in & sell-out.
**3** . Budget
- Coordinate with the manpower agency for various activities eg. claim settlement etc.
- Ensure accurate spend of budgets at the state level.
4. Analytics :
- Monitor and report performance to the Customer Marketing Manager and support in defining actionable learning for improvement.
- Provide feedback to the regional marketing team and sale team for improvement based on the competitor analysis and performance wrt the plan.
5. Train promoters for optimum performance
- Responsible for training and development of the third party execution force through on the job training & scheduled training calendar in co-ordination with Regional/National Trade marketing
- Induct and train the promoters as per incentive schemes
- Ensure the sales team is aligned to the marketing activity and standards through regular communication and formal meetings.

We are seeking an innovative and collaborative Sr Marketing Manager to execute key programs in India for select strategic accounts, coordinating across Global account plans with peers in EMEA and AMER
In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for developing and executing 1:1 and 1:few Strategic Account Marketing plans to accelerate growth in our most important accounts that have a large presence in India. You will be a highly strategic, results-driven professional with a passion for marketing and a direct impact on our developer mindshare, upmarket initiatives, and revenue goals.
This position reports to the APAC Regional Marketing Director, although will work very closely with with EMEA and AMER Strategic Account Marketing leaders.
This role can be based remotely in the India region.
**Primary Responsibilities**
+ Develop and execute strategic marketing programs for select Global accounts with developer arms in India. Work closely with account teams to uncover account-specific challenges, understand decision-making processes, and identify key personas, to drive the creation and execution of tailored marketing strategies and messaging that address the unique needs and interests of each account, unlock senior leadership and buying team engagement, and lead to growth opportunities. You'll work closely with the strategic account marketing leads, developer advocacy teams, sales teams and customers to ensure delivery of a holistic DevRel Marketing program within each account
+ Bring the marketing expertise: Act as a strategic marketing consultant to sales teams and clients, recommending tailored programs and tactics that align with both sales objectives and client needs
+ Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams like field marketing, partner marketing, customer marketing, demand generation and developer advocacy teams to ensure delivery of a holistic marketing strategy within each account that incorporates cross functional programs into 1:1 Strategic Account Marketing plans
+ GTM alignment: Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales goals, provide sales enablement resources, ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads, and communicate and educate the sales team regarding new and planned marketing activities including global, regional, and account specific programs
+ Measure impact & optimize: Track performance metrics and ROI, ensuring processes are in place to evaluate the effectiveness of your programs, and apply insights to refine and optimize ABM campaigns for maximum impact
**We're looking for someone with**
+ Educational and Professional Background
+ Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
+ 12+ years of account marketing, field marketing, industry marketing or sales experience in the Tech area
+ Experience working with large and complex Global enterprise accounts across multiple verticals including: FSI, Manufacturing, Automotive Retail, and others, with a proven success record in planning and executing effective marketing programs
+ Skills and Expertise
+ Experience with strategic 1:1 or 1:few account-based marketing, leveraging multi-channel tactics across digital and F2F
+ Experience working with cloud (AWS, GCP, Azure), ISV, AI, and other tech partners
+ Incredible written and oral communication skills, including experience presenting to sales and marketing leadership, as well as customers
+ Impeccable event and project management skills, ensuring seamless planning, coordination, and delivery of initiatives with an ability to problem-solve quickly
+ Results-oriented and analytically skilled, capable of interpreting data, making informed data-driven decisions, and reporting insights to the business
+ Cross-Functional Collaboration
+ Experience working cross-functionally with enterprise or corporate sales, customer success teams, and account development teams, obsessing over addressable market and specific account goals
+ Capable of establishing credibility with sales partners to effectively convey marketing value propositions and key messages
+ Technical Proficiency
+ Proficiency with Google Workspace and Salesforce, and marketing technology tools like 6sense, Eloqua, Pathfactory, Sigma, Tableau

**Success Measures**
The Strategic Accounts Marketing Programs Manager will be successful in this role when they can execute the following strategic tasks/responsibilities
+ In 3 months you'll have fostered a relationship with your Sales Account teams (ex: sales, solution architects, field partner leads, customer success) to understand their account priorities, begin planning marketing programs, and ramp on current account status and MongoDB product knowledge
+ In 6 months you'll have a clear understanding of your key objectives, have executed marketing activities with pipeline influence, and have started to become a trusted partner to your account stakeholders
+ In 12 months you'll have cemented yourself as a key account partner, be fully ramped and actioning against all account objectives

This pivotal role is instrumental in bridging marketing strategy with technical execution, translating visions into automated workflows, and leveraging customer data to design engaging, personalized customer experiences across digital channels.
You will manage the full lifecycle of marketing campaign development, from technical design and implementation to deployment, testing, and optimization. This includes building and activating segments within Salesforce Data Cloud and orchestrating sophisticated automation workflows in SFMC using advanced SQL, AMP script, and Server-Side JavaScript. This position demands deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving skills, and close collaboration with marketing strategists, designers, data analysts, and cross-functional teams.
Our CRM team supports business partners across the U.S. and Canada, Mexico, Brazil, and Argentina, as well as FordPass, Lincoln Way, eCommerce, and Ford Customer Service Division teams.
+ Design, develop, and deploy complex marketing campaigns and automated customer journeys using SFMC tools (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Content Builder).
+ Design, build, and activate customer segments within Salesforce Data Cloud to enable highly targeted marketing campaigns.
+ Write, test, and optimize dynamic content with AMP script and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for personalized emails and landing pages.
+ Develop responsive email templates, landing pages, and web forms for optimal rendering across devices.
+ Manage and optimize data extensions, contact models, and audience segmentation using expert-level SQL queries for targeted outreach and data manipulation within SFMC.
+ Integrate SFMC with other platforms (Salesforce Sales Cloud, external databases, CRM systems) via APIs (REST, SOAP).
+ Collaborate closely with marketing strategists, designers, and analysts to gather requirements and deliver robust, end-to-end marketing technology solutions.
+ Perform quality control testing, peer reviews, and thorough troubleshooting to ensure campaign accuracy, deliverability, and optimal performance across all channels.
+ Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and implement A/B testing strategies for continuous optimization of customer engagement and return on investment (ROI).
+ Ensure strict compliance with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM) and email deliverability best practices.

+ Expert-level SQL skills, with demonstrated ability to write complex queries for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) within SFMC.
+ Strong command of AMP script and Server-Side JavaScript (SSJS) for dynamic content and advanced personalization.
+ Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for responsive email and landing page development.
+ Demonstrated experience with API integrations (REST, SOAP) for SFMC.
+ Solid understanding of data modeling, data extensions, segmentation, and subscriber management in SFMC.
+ Experience in building personalized email content and designing customer journeys.
