Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, programs, procedures and tools to
manage Procurement Quality across multiple project(s)
2. Provide Quality discipline input to the Project Organization Plan and manage staffing of
Quality Source Inspection personnel
3. Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Programs, quality procedures
and tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project
4. Interface and coordinate work activities between Quality and other Project disciplines
5. Conduct Project-specific Quality training and facilitate project Quality workshops
6. Support functional and project related quality efforts, as directed
7. Conduct oversight of Contractors’ implementation of their Quality program and
compliance with project requirements
8. Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators (, Procurement
Quality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator)
9. Perform Procurement Quality Surveillance and source inspection oversight
10. Perform Construction Quality Surveillance of EPC construction activities
11. Manage resolution of quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking
procedures
12. Monitor and report quality performance of the contractor and Project Team
13. Coordinate and report Project quality metrics
14. Participate in project audit program as directed
15. Participate in Supplier Evaluations (Technical) and Cold Eyes Reviews
16. Assist with surveillance activities as directed:

Responsibilities:

Location: Hyderabad + Remote

· Configure ONESOURCE Tax software to meet the client's tax compliance needs, including indirect tax and global tax reporting.

· Implement and configure the Global Next Software to integrate SAP and Tax engine with /IDT namespace.

· Customize tax determination logic, and reporting templates based on country-specific or industry-specific requirements.

· Map business processes and tax requirements to the capabilities of ONESOURCE software.

· Coordinate with technical teams to ensure seamless integration of ONESOURCE with SAP.

· Troubleshoot and resolve integration-related issues, ensuring data flows accurately between systems.

· Develop and execute test cases to validate the configuration of the ONESOURCE system.

· Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and assist member firms in reviewing the system's accuracy in tax calculations and reporting.

· Create detailed documentation, including user guides, process flows, and configuration manuals.

· Provide ongoing support to Member Firms after rollouts, addressing system issues, enhancements, or additional configurations.

· Assist in troubleshooting, updating, and maintaining the ONESOURCE Tax system to accommodate new tax rules or business changes.

· Stay updated with the latest tax laws and regulations across jurisdictions to ensure the ONESOURCE solution is compliant.

Requirements:

· At least 7 years of experience in OneSource and SAP Tax Indirect

· At least 4 years of experience with any SAP FICO/Functional modules.

· Experience validating the test results by comparing the standard tax calculation results.

· Experience with production cutover activities and post go-live support with respective S4 HANA with tax application.

· Experience in developing custom solutions on SAP and OneSource.

· Demonstrated experience conducting detailed discussions directly with Project/Product management.
