What You’ll Do:
Partner with the Founder on key GTM and growth strategies
Leverage unique outbound strategies and warm connects to crack top startup accounts
Build long-term client relationships and strategic partnerships with Founders, CPOs, and VC talent partners
Be present at top industry events, engage in thought leadership, and stay plugged into the product hiring pulse
Solve client pain points with empathy, clarity, and data-backed thinking
Collaborate with internal recruiters to ensure excellence from pitch to closure
You’ll Thrive If You Have:
2 to 7 years of experience in executive search, B2B sales, or talent advisory (especially in product/tech hiring)
A network in the startup/VC ecosystem or the ability to build one quickly
Strong communication skills and the ability to think on your feet
Familiarity with tools for outreach, lead gen, CRM, or AI in sales is a plus
Location: Bangalore (preferred) - HSR Layout
Compensation: Fixed + Performance-linked (no cap for the right person)
Growth Path: This could evolve into a full-time Head of Growth role
