Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled SAP PM Consultant with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in SAP Plant Maintenance (PM) module, with a proven track record of successful project implementations and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Implement and configure SAP PM module to meet business requirements.
- Conduct requirement gathering sessions and document functional specifications.
- Perform system testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Provide end-user training and support.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP PM.
- Participate in project planning and execution.
- Maintain and update system documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
- 4 to 6 years of experience in SAP PM module implementation and support.
- Strong understanding of plant maintenance processes.
- Proficiency in SAP PM configuration and customization.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- SAP certification in PM module is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Knowledge of integration with other SAP modules (e.g., MM, PP, FI/CO).
- Familiarity with SAP Fiori and SAP Ariba.

Job Description
1. Expert level of MM procurement and inventory management expertise. At least 10 years
2. Of which at least 4-5 years involves experience with serial nos.
3. Good understanding of use of serial nos. across inventory management and maintenance
4. Good experience of PM - both reactive and preventive. At least 3 years
5. Good Knowledge of DMS (Document management System)
6. Ability to perform preliminary technical analysis like running traces and debugging to pass findings to the technical team
7. Experience in SAP Aerospace and Defence industry solution highly desired
8. Experience in iMRO highly desired
9. Overall about 5-10 years of SAP consulting experience.
10. Experience of delivering minor and major changes in MM and PM as part of production support engagements
11. Experience of having solved incidents/tickets within SLAs
