**Required Qualifications:**
+ 8+ years of IT experience, with at least 3+ years specifically working with the Microsoft Power Platform.
+ Deep hands-on experience in Power Apps (Canvas & Model-driven), Power Automate (cloud & desktop flows), Power BI, and Data verse.
+ Proficiency in solution architecture design and application lifecycle management (ALM) for Power Platform.
+ Strong understanding of security roles, data policies, DLP, and governance models within the Power Platform.
+ Knowledge of integrating with Microsoft 365, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
+ Strong experience in building enterprise-grade business applications or automation workflows.
+ Microsoft Certifications such as PL-600 (Power Platform Solution Architect) or PL-400 (Power Platform Developer).
**Preferred Qualifications:**
+ Experience with Dynamics 365, Azure Functions, Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph API.
+ Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

**Position Overview**
We are looking for an experienced Power Platform Developer who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing enterprise-grade business solutions using Microsoft's Power Platform. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in low-code application development, workflow automation, and dashboarding to enhance business productivity and process efficiency.

**Responsibilities**
