    We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Operations Manager with a strong background in security services management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, managing manpower deployment, ensuring service quality, and maintaining strong client satisfaction levels. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, and the ability to lead and motivate large teams in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Oversee day-to-day security operations across multiple client sites.
    • Plan, organize, and manage deployment of security personnel to meet contractual requirements.
    • Monitor service quality, discipline, and adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
    • Coordinate with clients to understand requirements, resolve concerns, and ensure satisfaction.
    • Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and compliance checks.
    • Maintain and update operational records, attendance sheets, deployment rosters, and reports using MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
    • Collaborate with the Accounts and HR departments for payroll, billing, and resource planning.
    • Handle escalations, incidents, and emergencies with effective response and reporting.
    • Train, mentor, and motivate security staff to uphold company standards and client expectations.
    • Ensure compliance with statutory regulations, licensing requirements (e.g., PSARA), and company policies.

    Qualifications & Experience

    • Graduate in any discipline; additional certifications in security management, facility management, or related fields preferred.
    • Minimum 5–7 years of experience in security services/operations management.
    • Prior experience managing large teams of security personnel across multiple sites.
    • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for reporting and data management.
    • Excellent communication, leadership, and client-handling skills.
    • Knowledge of industry compliance, licensing, and statutory requirements.
    • Background in defense/paramilitary/security services is highly desirable

    Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

    Pay: ₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
