**Responsibilities**:
The Product Associate role is being defined for the YouTube Young Artiste channels product. The ProductAssociate will work together with the Product manager. The Product associate could simultaneously work withmore than one Product Managers. The Job description is given below:
**Video shoots**

1. Coordination with tutor/presenter to schedule the video shoots, arrangements for their travel,

accommodation and shoot

2. Manage logistics of video shoots making the required arrangements at the studio. This involves

pre-shoot, during the shoot and post-shoot activities.

3. Update the content management tool with details of the content to be created.

4. Help with content scripting

5. Help with setting the monthly calendar for the channel

**Community group and Audience engagement**

6. Create and manage a Whatsapp community group for the channel and do the communications there.

7. Help with various other audience engagement planned activities such as an Instagram Live session for

a performance by those who've learnt from our tutorials.

8. Be active on other social media platforms and Applications such as Instagram and Starmaker App to stay connected with the audience.

**Managing Invoicing of presenters**

9. Create the invoices for the tutors/presenters at the month's end and share it with them after the needed approvals.

**Collect data**

11. ORM on the Youtube channel

12. Competitor research

13. Understanding of Youtube Analytics
