What you will do

We are currently seeking a Scrum Master to join our team in Bangalore, Karnātaka (IN-KA), India (IN).
Scrum Master Act as a servant leader and coach for one or more Agile teams. Facilitate all Scrum ceremonies: Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives. Guide the team on Agile/Scrum best practices and principles. Remove impediments and shield the team from external distractions. Collaborate with Product Owners to ensure a well-groomed and prioritized backlog. Track and communicate team metrics (velocity, burndown, etc.) to stakeholders. Foster a culture of continuous improvement and high performance.
