Job Purpose:
To ensure the on-time availability of finished goods by effectively planning resources and capacities, while optimizing inventory levels.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain effective and proactive communication with the Sales team regarding pending order status.
Coordinate closely with Sales, Production, Quality Control, Stores & Dispatch teams for timely planning and delivery of goods.
Use data-driven decision-making and trend analysis to produce Make-To-Stock (MTS) SKUs.
Take ownership of inventory optimization and drive performance on planning KPIs, including On-Time Delivery (OTD).
Lead weekly S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) meetings to address changes in demand or requirements.
Apply sound knowledge of MRP, ERP systems, and planning processes to improve operational efficiency.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
Strong analytical and planning skills
Good understanding of inventory management and production planning
Hands-on experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP, Oracle, etc. preferred)
Excellent communication and cross-functional coordination skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
