  • Understanding of 2 Tier/3 Tier network architecture
  • Ability to properly triage and troubleshoot Network Switches, Routers, Firewalls, and WFi
  • Strong WiFi skillset, and can understand and tune and optimize WiFi networks
  • Basic switch/port configuration, tracing & VLAN segmentation
  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support or network engineering role, preferably in a retail or distribution environment.
