    **Conduct microbiological analysis** to check for bacterial growth or spoilage using standardized dilution and culture methods.
    - **Collect and prepare samples** methodically from raw honey, in-process batches, and finished jars following SOPs.
    - **Record and analyze data**, entering results into digital systems and maintaining traceable logs for audits and compliance.
    - **Report deviations or non-conformances** immediately, triggering corrective actions (e.g., batch rejection or rework).
    - **Maintain lab cleanliness & compliance**, following GMP, HACCP, SOP practices, and preparing for audits.
    - **Support packaging and quality assessments**, ensuring honey meets labeling standards and shelf-life requirements.

    - Bsc Agriculture/MSc Agriculture/ MSc Microbiology/B.Tech Food/M.tech Food
