We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Director, Real Estate Asset Management, to join our Global Real Estate team. This role is located in Pune, MH - HYBRID
In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:
- Oversee all aspects of the facilities operations across India
- Ensure the delivery of efficient, safe, sustainable and employee-centric workspaces
- Lead a diverse team and collaborate cross-functionally to align facilities strategy with business objectives
- Align facilities strategy with business objectives, supporting corporate growth and operational excellence.
To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:
- Bachelor‘s Degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Degree in architecture, engineering, real estate or business administration is preferred.
- 18+ years of total work experience with at least 10+ years in management preferred. Experience in facilities and/or property management is preferred
- Strong knowledge of Indian regulatory environment and FM compliance standards
- Familiarity with smart building technologies, sustainability programs, and modern workplace design
- Excellent leadership, negotiation, vendor management, and stakeholder engagement skills
- Lead and develop a high-performing FM team and partner with PT, IT, Corporate Services and business leaders

Job Overview:
- Advanced Excel proficiency , including modeling, pivot tables, and data visualization tools
- Strong accounting knowledge , with the ability to read, interpret, and analyze property-level and portfolio-level financial statements (P&L, balance sheet, cash flow)
- Analytical mindset with a proactive approach to:
- Evaluating asset performance vs. budget and historical benchmarks
- Identifying key trends, anomalies, and KPIs across financial statements
- Synthesizing findings into actionable insights for the asset management team
- Critical thinker who actively questions assumptions, seeks clarity, and works independently to uncover causes and performance drivers with the help of operations and accounting
- Clear communicator who can relay financial insights and operational observations to the team lead in a structured and concise manner
- Project management skills , including:
- Ability to coordinate timelines, manage deliverables, and track progress across multiple projects and deadlines
- Organized, detail-oriented, and accountable
- Collaborative attitude , comfortable working cross-functionally with property managers, leasing teams, finance, and ownership
- Experience with Yardi / StarRez, is a plus
