+ We are seeking a Senior Engineer, who understand embedded NAND system design and firmware algorithms in order to create a test validation plans and implement them in modern object oriented languages.
+ Work closely with the system architects and the firmware team to develop Validation plans, test bench and test cases

Senior Systems Developer for Web Gateway Hybrid and On-Prem solutions
**About the role :**
+ Own, and maintain high-quality code for the Web Gateway Hybrid and On-Prem solutions . Write code as per product requirements
+ Should be able to drive end-to-end ownership of features/functions and modules including development, testing and automation of functional and non-functional.
+ Should be able to come up with innovative ideas to solve product problems.
+ Should be able to analyze customer issues and provide resolution/workaround.
+ Ability to understand/develop/enhance in Cloud/Hybrid architecture.
+ Identifies, recommends, coordinates, deliver timely knowledge to the teams regarding technologies, processes, and tools.
+ Recognize the big picture and take initiative to solve the problem and improve design.
**About You**
+ Bachelor or Master Degree in Computer Engineering/ Computer Science with 5-8 years of professional work experience.
+ Extensive experience in C programming for kernel-level development on Linux or similar operating systems.
+ Experience in Development engineering concepts and methodologies including Design, Implementation, Unit Testing and Debugging reasonably complex system modules.
+ Design, develop, and maintain kernel modules and device drivers for various hardware components, including SFP fiber cards and NVMe drives.
+ Work at the kernel level to implement and optimize software RAID solutions, understanding the underlying principles of RAID 0,1,5,6, and 10.
+ Develop, modify, and troubleshoot bootloader code (e.g., GRUB) and the boot process, with a focus on supporting both traditional (BIOS) and modern (UEFI/EFI) environments.
+ Develop and debug software related to disk partitioning (e.g., GPT, MBR) and filesystem management, particularly for ext4 and FAT32.
+ Analyze and optimize the performance of storage drivers and kernel subsystems to maximize throughput and minimize latency for SSDs and NVMe devices.
+ Experience dealing with Linux community and Open Source contribution.
+ Must have excellent knowledge of system storage and the relationship to the platform ingredients: CPU, Memory, PCIe, drivers, OS, firmware, Fiber cards, SFP modules
+ Proficient in RAID & file system concepts
+ Knowledge and experience with Docker, Kubernetes & Microservice architecture
+ Knowledge and hands-on experience in Layer 2, Layer 3, Layer 4, Switching, Routing, VLANs, QoS, TCP/IP, UDP and other protocols
+ Knowledge of C++ and/or Go Lang is an added advantage.
+ Development experience with Cloud/SaaS deployments is strongly desired
+ Candidates with prior experience in developing software for security/networking products will be preferred.
+ Should have excellent debugging, troubleshooting, analytical and problem solving skills.
+ Good verbal and written communication in English.
+ Working experience with JIRA/GIT is desired.

We are seeking a talented and driven Senior Software Engineer in AI to join our growing team at Diligent. Reporting to Applied Science Manager, this exciting role involves bridging the gap between Applied Scientists and Product teams - developing, deploying, and scaling ML and LLM-based systems as part of Diligent’s AI platform services to accelerate AI adoption across Diligent's diverse product suite.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, deploy, monitor, scale, and troubleshoot ML and LLM-based systems that power services across our platform.
  • Build automated AI testing and evaluation frameworks.
  • Collaborate with Applied Scientists and Software Engineers to implement and productize AI-based capabilities.
  • Shape and develop the teams AI platform infrastructure utilizing already established patterns at the organization.
  • Design and develop AI libraries and frameworks to help accelerate value delivery across AI platform services.
  • Work on projects involving sensitive customer content used for Diligent customers’ board communications, which requires stringent privacy and security measures.
  • Document and communicate your approach, progress, and results to the broader team and to other development teams.


Required experience/skills:

  • 3-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong ability to develop highly readable and well-tested code that adheres to SOLID principles.
  • Proven proficiency in Python and TypeScript.
  • Experience with infrastructure-as-code practices preferably in AWS (or experience with other major cloud providers).
  • Ability to contribute to a high-performing agile team, and to product innovation.
  • Keen to improve processes and share knowledge across the team.


Nice to have:

  • Hands-on AWS CDK experience
  • Hands-on experience with LLMs including prompt engineering, fine-tuning, model evaluation, RAG, agentic solutions or MCP servers.
