Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Public Administration, International Development, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in program management within the non-profit or charitable sector.
- Proven ability to manage complex projects from initiation to closure.
- Strong understanding of non-profit operations, fundraising, and grant management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, MS Project) and collaboration tools.
- Demonstrated experience in stakeholder management and relationship building.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
- Grant writing and reporting experience is highly desirable.
