Are you looking for an opportunity where you will bring your analytical skills to the table and provide recommendations to improve processes? As a Reporting Analyst/Sr Reporting Analyst, you will provide value added service to the TTEC client base by generating and analyzing operations and financial reporting. + Mentor colleagues within the function to enhance data analytics and reporting capabilities.
**What You Bring to the Role:**
Minimum 2 years of experience in Reporting and Analytics (BPO experience required).

+ VBA
+ Strong understanding of data, performance and KPI - to be able to apply in BPO operations and to interpret reporting needs.
+ Working knowledge of database management.

The Programmatic Analytics team at Zeta Global provides full reporting, actionable audience insights and campaign strategy support to both external customers and internal teams. While working with external customers, our analysts’ partner with the Zeta Sales and Account Management teams to monitor Zeta’s optimization platform across various verticals, design Real-time Brand Lift surveys and deliver actionable insight presentations for all Programmatic clients. Liaising with internal teams, our Analysts also provide feedback to our Product and Engineering teams on Zeta’s optimization platform, task automation and A.I. model features to advance the reliability, reach, and effectiveness of programmatic campaigns and to help drive overall company revenue goals.
As an Analyst, you’ll be responsible for a number of tasks, including (but not limited to) compiling campaign performance and audience insights for all executed media, setting up Zeta surveys, assist in monitoring survey performance, help with optimization efforts and help drive campaign performance. You’ll work closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to achieve client goals through brand and acquisition campaigns, campaign optimization, and/or online A/B testing strategy.
