**Qualifications:**

+ More than 5 years of experience in high volume full life cycle recruiting with proven success managing senior executive clients and business leaders, preferably within the staffing or contingent worker space in India.
+ Experience with ATS, spreadsheets, databases and Human Resources information systems preferred.
+ Consulting experience, leading major change efforts, preferably in the area of staffing initiatives.

  • Responsibilities
  • Partner with project managers, delivery leads, and leadership to forecast resource demand across all active and upcoming projects
  • Maintain an up-to-date view of resource supply (availability, skills, roll-on/off dates, capacity)
  • Match demand with supply to optimize utilization while ensuring the right skills are deployed
  • Proactively identify resourcing gaps, conflicts, or overallocations and work with leadership to resolve them
  • Support new project scoping by providing resourcing input and capacity analysis
  • Build and maintain clear reporting on utilization, capacity, and forecasted demand
  • Own the resourcing process, continuously improving efficiency and transparency
  • Act as the point of contact for all resource-related questions
  • Drive adoption of tools and processes: start with spreadsheets, then lead the design and rollout of an appropriate system/tool
  • Other duties as assigned
  • Experience
  • 6+ years of experience in resource management, workforce planning, project management, or operations within a professional services, consulting, or similar environment, or a combination of education and experience
  • Experience introducing and scaling tooling/processes for resource planning is a plus
  • Skills
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Skilled in building and managing spreadsheets for tracking, analysis, and reporting
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with resources rolling on/off projects frequently
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills to influence without direct authority
  • Ability to anticipate needs, flag risks early, and suggest solutions
  • Proactive and highly organized
  • Able to balance short-term firefighting with long-term planning
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and evolving processes
  • Sees resource planning as both a science (data-driven) and an art (relationship-driven)
  • Education, Certifications, Licenses

Bachelors degree or equivalent experience.
