Experience:
- Minimum 15 years of academic/industry experience in Retail Management or allied areas.
- At least 7 years in senior academic leadership roles such as Director, Dean, or Head of Department.
- Proven track record in strategic academic planning, institution building, and curriculum development.

Preferred Background:

- Lead the School of Retail Management by providing strategic direction and fostering academic excellence.

- Promote faculty development, high-impact research, and international collaborations.

Achieve wellness sales value and quantity targets across various categories such as whirlpool, spa, steam chain, sauna, etc.
Responsibilities
- Visit dealers as per MCP, encouraging them to sell wellness products independently.
- Provide technical education to dealer sales staff and identify wellness experts at counters for advanced training.
- Conduct wellness training sessions at dealer sales counters, including role plays and practical demonstrations.
- Resolve dealer issues and escalate them timely if needed.
- Demonstrate the sales process to dealer staff and spend 2-3 hours daily at the dealer counter.
- Conduct site visits to end customers and promote wellness products & concepts.
- Convert retail builders of the branch into sales, add new builders, and share a universe of builders and architects monthly.
- Support MDS in conducting events to promote the architect segment.
- Conduct architect activities at various outlets such as Orientation Centres (OC), Atelier, Jaquar World (JW), etc.
- Visit the Hospitality/GIS segment OC, Atelier and JW.
- Work closely with the team to promote wellness and increase the universe of hospitality/GIS customers.
