Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Greet customers and assist them in finding products.
- Provide product knowledge, features, and benefits to help customers make purchase decisions.
- Handle customer queries and escalate issues to the Store Manager when needed.
- Support in billing and packaging of items.
Store Operations
- Assist in daily opening and closing of the store.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of shelves, counters, and displays.
- Ensure stock is properly tagged, labeled, and displayed as per visual merchandising guidelines.
- Assist in store promotions, offers, and seasonal displays.
Inventory & Stock Management
- Receive, check, and stock incoming goods.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the manager about shortages or fast-moving items.
- Conduct regular stock counts and report discrepancies.
- Help in arranging goods in the warehouse/back store.
Team Support
- Work closely with the Store Manager and other team members to achieve sales targets.
- Support in preparing reports, sales data, and stock updates.
- Participate in training programs to improve product knowledge and sales skills.
