Key ResponsibilitiesUnderstand business and functional requirements for Oracle Retail systems and translate them into detailed test cases and test strategies .
Execute manual and automated tests to ensure system stability and reliability across Inventory, Supply Chain, and Finance modules.
Perform hands-on QA activities for Oracle Retail Suite of Products (RMS, ReSA, RPM, RIB).
Design and maintain comprehensive test documentation , including plans, cases, data, and defect logs.
Collaborate with multiple QA teams (Digital, Retail, Supply Chain) to ensure thorough end-to-end testing across integrated systems.
Partner with the Test Automation team to develop and maintain automation scripts in the Inventory domain.
Conduct root cause analysis for defects and coordinate with development teams for quick resolution.
Ensure adherence to best practices, quality standards, and project delivery timelines.
Support troubleshooting and analytical investigations during UAT and production validation.
Required Technical Skills & ExpertiseBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field .
3+ years of hands-on QA experience in Oracle Retail Applications , including:
RMS (Retail Merchandising System)
ReSA (Retail Sales Audit)
RPM (Retail Price Management)
RIB (Retail Integration Bus)
Strong knowledge of Oracle Retail customizations and business process flows.
Experience in test design, planning, execution, and defect management using standard QA tools (e.g., Jira, ALM, or Zephyr).
Familiarity with Selenium-based test automation frameworks (good to have).
2+ years of exposure to Test Automation (preferred).
Basic understanding of cloud-based infrastructure and web services testing.
Experience working in Agile and Waterfall environments.
Excellent communication, documentation, and analytical skills.
