Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Lift Technician located in Mumbai,Goa ,Guhawati. The Lift Technician will be responsible for day-to-day maintenance and repair of elevators, troubleshooting technical issues, ensuring all electrical components are functioning properly, and conducting regular inspections to maintain safety standards. The role involves hands-on work and requires adherence to all safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Skills in Elevator Maintenance, Repair, and Troubleshooting
- Knowledge of Elevators and Electricity
- Experience in Maintenance & Repair of lift systems
- Strong technical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
- Certification or diploma in a relevant technical field is preferred
- Prior experience in the elevator industry is a plus

4. To Supervise & ensure the effective functioning of Fitters, Boiler Operators, utility Operators Electrical & Instrument Associate in the shift
5. To comply & maintain the revenue budget for Energy, Spares & Services as per the budgetary norms.
6. To comply & maintain & plant facility as per the cGMP, ISO, EHS guidelines.
7. To analyze breakdown of the equipment’s by route cause analysis & implement the corrective & preventive action.
8. To implement the energy saving program by exploring the existing system for its intended performance & evaluating the operational aspects by exploring the energy efficient equipment’s / systems.
9. To evaluate & estimate the project program
10. Operation, Maintenance & troubleshooting of compressors, pumps, chillers, cooling towers, boiler, ETP, STP, reactors, spray dryers, jet mills.

Key Accountabilities/Essential Functions:
1. Responsible for the completion of all maintenance service requests as assigned.
2. Schedule and complete the “Preventative Maintenance Program”.
3. Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside contractors.
4. Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance service as scheduled.
5. Responsible for alerting the property the property manager of any unusual occurrence and/or damage that have taken place or that may occur.
6. Ensure safety standards are followed which comply with all company, local, city, state and national guidelines.
7. Performs minor plumbing maintenance (eg. replacement or repair of leaks in drains and faucets, unclogging of drains,, trenching and laying new lines, replacing drain hoses on washers and similar devices, etc…)
8. Performs minor painting, carpentry and masonry work (e.g. preparing surfaces and using brush, sprayer, or roller to apply paints, stains, and varnishes, hanging doors, fitting licks and handles, etc.)
9. Performs other work related duties as assigned.
10. Must be able to work flexible hours.
11. Prepare ISO documentation & Good knowledge on GMP.
