Conduct safety/skill training, engage employees, manage EHS/quality processes, enforce safety protocols, oversee facility/tool room safety, ensure PPE use, handle audits, drills, and incident assessments to drive a safe, compliant workplace.

Required Candidate profile

3–6 yrs in EHS/training in manufacturing. NEBOSH/IOSH certified, skilled in audits, RCA, PPE, drills, tool mgmt, and ISO standards. Strong in safety training, compliance, and incident handling.

As a Safety & Compliance Executive, you will be responsible for ensuring drivers and fleet operations remain compliant with regulatory standards. Your key responsibilities include:

• Auditing driver logbooks regularly.
• Ensuring all drivers follow Hours of Service (HOS) regulations.
• Providing HOS training sessions for drivers and solve their queries.
• Reviewing and correcting unassigned driving hours.
• Maintaining up-to-date Driver Qualification (DQ) and Vehicle Maintenance (VM) files.
• Overseeing IFTA compliance and reporting.

Key Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong knowledge of DOT/HOS regulations and compliance standards.
• Attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies in logs.
• Effective communication and training skills.
• Organized and proactive in maintaining compliance records.
• Prior experience in safety or compliance

• Develop, refine, and implement robust dive safety policies and procedures across all operational levels.
• Conduct regular audits and risk assessments of dive operations to ensure adherence to safety standards.
• Lead and deliver Instructor Development Courses (IDCs) and Instructor Trainer Refresher programs.
• Train and mentor dive instructors, ensuring they meet the highest standards of professionalism and safety.
• Investigate diving incidents, near misses, and accidents, determining root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver specialized safety training modules for various diving environments and specialties.
• Stay current with international dive safety standards, regulations, and best practices (e.g., PADI, SSI, NAUI).
• Collaborate with operational teams to foster a strong safety culture and continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of educational materials and curriculum for dive professional training.
• Serve as a primary point of contact for safety-related inquiries and issues.
• Represent the organization at industry safety forums and conferences.

• Master Scuba Diver Trainer (MSDT) or equivalent rating from a major certification agency, with a minimum of 10 years of experience as an active instructor.
• Experience as a PADI Course Director or Instructor Trainer equivalent is mandatory.
• Proven experience in dive safety management, risk assessment, and incident investigation.
• Exceptional knowledge of dive theory, physiology, and physics.
• Strong understanding of relevant international dive safety standards and protocols.
• Excellent training, presentation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment.
• Strong leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in developing training materials and conducting workshops.
• Emergency First Responder (EFR) Instructor Trainer certification or equivalent.

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company's Safety Management System (SMS) in compliance with DGCA, ICAO, and other relevant aviation authorities.
• Oversee all aspects of aviation safety programs, including risk assessment, hazard identification, and mitigation strategies.
• Conduct regular safety audits and inspections, both internally and externally, to ensure compliance.
• Investigate incidents, accidents, and safety occurrences, identifying root causes and recommending corrective actions.
• Develop and deliver safety training programs for all levels of personnel.
• Maintain accurate safety records and documentation, preparing reports for management and regulatory bodies.
• Promote a proactive safety culture throughout the organization, encouraging reporting and open communication.
• Stay current with aviation safety regulations, industry best practices, and emerging safety technologies.
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, industry partners, and other stakeholders on safety matters.
• Manage the safety department budget and resources effectively.
• Develop and implement emergency response plans and procedures.
• Champion safety initiatives and continuous improvement in all safety-related operations.
• Ensure compliance with EASA, FAA, and other international aviation standards as applicable.
• Oversee the development and implementation of safety performance indicators (SPIs).

• Bachelor's degree in Aviation Management, Aerospace Engineering, or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in aviation safety management, with a significant focus on regulatory compliance.
• Extensive knowledge of aviation regulations (DGCA CARs, ICAO Annexes, EASA, FAA).
• Proven experience in developing and implementing Safety Management Systems (SMS).
• Strong understanding of incident investigation techniques and root cause analysis.
• Excellent leadership, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to effectively manage and motivate a remote team.
• Experience in risk management and safety assurance processes.
• Proficiency in safety management software and data analysis tools.
• Relevant professional certifications (e.g., Certified Aviation Safety Manager - CASM) are highly desirable.
• Ability to work independently and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong reporting and documentation skills.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for essential site visits or audits if required, though the role is primarily remote.
