Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven **Sales Executive** to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving revenue through outbound cold calling and prospecting, with a focus on selling our specialized **Virtual Assistant (VA) Insurance Services** or **VA Accounting Services** to small and mid-sized businesses.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Proactively engage in outbound cold calling to generate leads and convert prospects into clients
- Understand and communicate the value proposition of VA insurance and accounting services
- Identify customer needs and tailor service offerings to meet those needs
- Maintain a high volume of daily calls and follow-ups with potential clients
- Schedule and conduct product/service demos or consultations
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM tools
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing and client success teams for lead nurturing and onboarding
- Stay informed on industry trends and competitor activities
**Requirements**:
- **Minimum 2 years of experience** in cold calling and outbound sales, preferably in the insurance or accounting industry
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to quickly understand and articulate technical service offerings
- Comfortable working independently and in a remote environment
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.)
- Strong organizational and time management skills
**Nice to Have**:
- Experience selling to international clients (especially US-based businesses)
- Prior experience in selling virtual assistant, BPO, or outsourcing services
- Knowledge of insurance or accounting basics
