2. **Sales Conversion:**
- Strategically present the project benefits to align with client expectations, overcoming objections effectively.
- Drive site visits to closures by creating urgency and emphasizing project highlights.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by ensuring a personalized and professional approach to sales.
3. **Communication & Negotiation:**
- Exhibit excellent language command to deliver persuasive and impactful communication.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and other deal specifics to meet both client satisfaction and organizational goals.
4. **Sales Process Management:**
- Follow up promptly with potential clients post-visit to address queries and maintain engagement.
- Ensure all sales processes, from client onboarding to documentation, are completed accurately and efficiently.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of agreements and payment plans.
5. **Market Awareness:**
- Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and real estate developments to provide clients with relevant insights.
- Provide feedback to the management on client preferences and market demands to improve offerings.
**Requirements:**
- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in sales and closing, preferably in real estate.
- Strong track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- High self-motivation and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
- Fluent in (specific languages based on location, e.G., English, Hindi, Marathi).
