JOB SUMMARY

Salary: 5LPA +

Position: Full-Time

Location: Delhi

(Remote Opportunity - However we want the candidate to be based out of Delhi to attend client meetings)

ABOUT THE ROLE

From the time a client initiates a request up until that campaign is live and the results are being collated, the Brand Strategist and account Executive facilitates the exchange of information between the agency and the client. With a clear understanding of the clients business and creative mindset, the Account Executive chalks out a clear marketing & advertising roadmap for the client.

The account executive must also be on top of the timing of every project, meeting crucial campaign deadlines. Streamlining internal processes to improve delivery to clients is one of the most crucial responsibilities for this role.

RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES

· Develop Marketing & Advertising blueprints (Monthly)

· Create Campaign Concept Notes

· Collect promotion brief from clients

· Support Social media strategist with development of social media plans

· Develop engaging advertising & marketing campaigns with the Creative Team

· Conduct Brainstorming sessions

· Be the face of the agency for the client

· Develop & submit campaign impact reports

· Overall Account responsibility

· Create Pitch Decks

· Create & Improvise internal processes related to client delivery

· Maintain hygiene on social channels for clients

· Manage client relationship and retain the portfolio of accounts

REQUIREMENTS

  • Minimum 2 years of experience of working with a renowned creative agency
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Organized and responsive
  • Analytical and multitasking skills
  • Bachelors degree in Marketing or relevant field

About the Role:

We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Account Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have 1–3 years of experience working in an advertising agency . You should be comfortable handling strategy, client servicing, and campaign execution across platforms.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the day-to-day contact for clients, ensuring clear communication and effective project management
  • Brief and coordinate with internal teams – creative, strategy, digital, and production
  • Assist in developing strategic campaign approaches based on client objectives
  • Manage end-to-end campaign execution across digital and mainline channels
  • Track deliverables, timelines, and ensure quality control before final delivery
  • Prepare client presentations, campaign reports, and performance summaries
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business


Requirements:

  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in an advertising agency
  • Proven experience in both digital and mainline advertising
  • Exposure to campaign strategy, planning, and execution
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client servicing skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with project management tools
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field
