Roles and Responsibilities
- Prepare offers for property purchases and coordinate the signing process, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery to all parties involved.
- Create and manage listing agreements and upload the accurate listings on internal platforms for sales or lease for sellers/Landlords.
- Prepare all necessary documentation related to real estate transactions. Collect and organize deal-related documents from agents, clients, and ensure compliance and completion before the closing date.
- Enter deal information into Lonewolf, our accounting and deal management software. Learn and utilize its features effectively to maintain accurate records and streamline operations.
- Providing on-time support to real estate agents, assisting with documentation, coordination, and day-to-day operational needs to help them close deals successfully.
Requirements
- Bachelors/ Master's degree in any relevant field (MBA Preferred).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent communicator in English (and speaking Hindi, Punjabi, Gujarati and any other regional language is a good to have)
- Previous experience working with CRM tools preferred.
- 0 to 2 Years of experience in support and coordination.
- Experience within the real estate industry would be an asset.
