**Required Technical and Professional Experience**
+ 5+ years' experience with ServiceNow configuration in GRC/IRM.
+ Design and implement ServiceNow GRC/IRM solutions.
+ Customize and configure GRC modules.
+ Gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
+ Develop and maintain applications, workflows, forms, and reports.
+ Integrate ServiceNow with other systems.
+ Configure solution UI, including Forms, Fields, Lists, Views, Workspaces, UI Policies, Client Scripts, UI Actions, Manage Users, Roles, Groups, and ACLs.
+ Configure solution workflows, including Business Rules, Scheduled Jobs, Script Includes, Flows, Workflows, Notifications, Mail Scripts, and Events.
+ Create and deploy Update Sets.
+ Import data into GRC tables.
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow Fundamental in ITSM modules (Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB & Asset, Service Catalog).
+ Build system integrations using Integration Hub and REST API.
+ Create UAT test cases and instructions.
+ Execute functional component testing.
+ Create technical documentation.
+ Provide technical support to junior developers and end-users.
+ Participate in the full software development lifecycle.
**Preferred Technical and Professional Experience**
+ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules, including IRM, TPRM, and Procurement.
+ Experience building integrations with ServiceNow Integration Hub
+ Experience building integrations using REST API
+ Strong proficiency in ServiceNow GRC modules, including IRM, TPRM, and Procurement.
+ Experience with ServiceNow scripting languages such as JavaScript, Glide, and Jelly.
+ Hands-on experience with ServiceNow development tools, including Studio and Flow Designer.
+ Knowledge of ServiceNow integration methods, including REST, SOAP, and MID Server.
**Certifications/ Qualifications**
+ B.S/B-Tech. in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or other IT-related discipline.
+ Certified Implementation Specialist - Risk and Compliance (GRC).
+ Certified Implementation Specialist - Vendor Risk Management (VRM)
+ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) certification
+ Experience building integrations with ServiceNow Integration Hub
