Role Overview
The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and attracting high-caliber talent to meet the companys current and future staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities
End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting to onboarding.
Sourcing Candidates: Use job portals, social media, and networking to identify and engage qualified talent.
Candidate Screening & Interviews: Evaluate resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates for role fit and culture match.
Onboarding: Coordinate smooth onboarding to ensure seamless new hire integration process.
Education: Masters/Post Graduate degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience: 2-3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment
Skills & Requirements
Strong verbal and interpersonal communication
Proficiency in using job boards, social media
Organized, self-driven, and detail-oriented

We're expanding rapidly and looking for a dynamic Senior US IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to help us scale our recruiting efforts and build a strong talent pipeline for our US-based clients.
Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in IT recruitment, preferably in US staffing.
- Strong understanding of US tax terms (W2, C2C, 1099), work visas (H1B, GC, USC), and compliance.
- Experience sourcing through LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Monster, and social media.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using ATS platforms and MS Office tools.
Key Responsibilities:
- Source, screen, and engage IT professionals across a variety of roles (Cloud, DevOps, Data Engineering, Software Development, etc.) for US-based opportunities.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates via LinkedIn, job portals (Dice, Monster, Indeed), and networking.
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering, sourcing, interviewing, coordinating with clients, and closing candidates.
- Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and continuous relationship management.
- Coordinate with sales and account management teams to understand client needs and deliver quality candidates quickly.
- Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the ATS and provide regular updates to leadership.
