Qualifications:

- Proven experience (2+ years) in full-cycle recruitment, preferably within a recruitment agency or consultancy environment.
- Demonstrated success in sourcing passive and active candidates across various industries and levels.
- Excellent understanding of recruitment best practices, including interviewing techniques and candidate assessment.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HRIS platforms.
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and prioritize effectively in a remote setting.
