**Responsibilities**
Provide business analytics and insights leadership and strategic direction to the Customer Lifecycle Operations business strategy and to cross functional Microsoft teams.

**Qualifications**
**Basic Qualifications**
+ A minimum of aBachelor's degree in Operations, Business, Engineering, Economics, or a related field, or equivalent alternative education, skills, and/or practical experience isrequired.
+ 5years' minimum experience in Operations, Sales, Program Management, or Project Management
+ Experience in an analytics or data scientist capacity.
+ Experience leading complex programs.
+ Experience writing SQL queries,designingand working withlargePowerBIreports and datasets,and developing analytical solutions for complex business problems.
+ Microsoft Power BIData Analystcertification or equivalent
**Preferred Qualifications**
