2. Job Summary:
- A proven individual with experience in delivering technical training or hands-on operations in Wind and/or Solar Energy domains.
- Proven ability to design and deliver engaging instructional sessions, both theoretical and practical.

- In-depth knowledge of wind turbine technologies (e.g., Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision) and solar energy systems, including modules and inverters (string or central types).
3. Responsibilities
- Conduct theoretical and practical training sessions on Wind and/or Solar Energy systems, tailored to different learner levels.
- Develop, update, and enhance curriculum and course materials aligned with industry best practices and emerging technologies.
- Deliver structured curriculum covering wind turbine OEMs like Suzlon, GE, Inox, Envision, and solar energy systems solar systems (modules, inverters, design, and installation).
- Provide real-world demonstrations and supervise lab-based training.
- Mentor trainees through their learning journey, offering individual guidance and career advice.
- Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry interaction sessions to broaden student exposure.
