- Work in close partnership with the business leadership team to execute the analytics agenda
- Identify and incubate best-in-class external partners to drive delivery on strategic projects
- Develop custom models/algorithms to uncover signals/patterns and trends to drive long-term business performance
- Execute the business analytics program agenda using a methodical approach that conveys to stakeholders what business analytics will deliver

'- Knowledgeable of all data model types and terminology including OLTP/OLAP, Normal Forms, dimensional, star, snowflake, cube, and graph/NOSQL.
- Be able to speak to the differences in data modeling technology and philosophies of Codd, Kimball, and Inman.
- Understand and clearly define differences between entities, tables, attributes, and columns.
- Data profiling, assessment, and defining data changes needed to make the data the target level of business usefulness Data mapping from source to target data modelsDesign and Development of needed Data Architecture for their area of domain and ensures enterprise data is structured for ease of use
- Provides data architecture support and expertise to all major enterprise projects
- Develops process for capturing and maintaining metadata from all data market place components
- Level 3 support of all processes and solutions within a domain
- Defines Archiving and housekeeping approach and ensures consistent use
- Strong relational and dimensional Data modeling and information classification expertise
- Understanding of the differences between relational and object modeling
- Familiarity with MDM, business intelligence, and data warehouse development techniques with SAP BW, SAP HANA, GCP, Big Query

JOB DESCRIPTION Responsibilities: Develop and maintain complex VBA applications to automate repetitive tasks.Incorporate SAP Scripting within VBA to optimize business processes.Troubleshoot and debug existing VBA code to ensure smooth functionality. Criteria: Advanced proficiency in VBA programming.Demonstrated experience with SAP interfaces and scripting.Ability to write modular, efficient, and maintainable code.Knowledge of Excel object model and its functionalities. Responsibilities: Utilize Power Query for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) processes.Develop and maintain data models in Excel to streamline data preparation.Create and optimize Power Query scripts for efficient data processing. Criteria: Intermediate experience with Power Query including M language for data transformation.Familiarity with connecting Power Query to various data sources (e.g., databases, APIs).Ability to perform data cleansing and manipulation through Power Query.
