About the Role

Job Description:
1SpecialPlace is seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. The role will involve both on-site and online therapy services, providing comprehensive assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans for individuals with communication and swallowing disorders. You will work within a multidisciplinary team and deliver high-quality therapy services to our clients using evidence-based practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy services both onsite at our Noida centre and online through a secure web-based platform.
- Conduct evidence-based evaluations and assessments for pediatric and adult clients.
- Interpret results, develop individualized treatment plans, and document professional reports according to 1SpecialPlace’s guidelines.
- Administer screenings and consultations as required, particularly for cognitive-communication and swallowing disorders.
- Select and implement personalized, evidence-based interventions based on client needs.
- Design and prepare innovative therapy materials, including IEPs, session plans, and progress reports.
- Deliver therapy sessions both individually and in group settings, ensuring complete session documentation within 24 hours.
- Adapt treatment plans and interventions based on continuous assessment of client progress.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to develop and review client goals and treatment strategies.
- Maintain effective communication with clients' families regarding therapy services and progress.
- Participate in IEP meetings, team reviews, and contribute to goal-setting and treatment strategy development.
- Provide mentorship and workshops for junior Speech-Language Pathologists.
- Enhance professional skills by attending conferences, workshops, and training events.
- Counsel clients and families on the impact of cognitive-communication disorders and treatment outcomes.
- Adhere to the RCI Code of Ethics and Scope of Practice.
- Follow 1SpecialPlace SOPs and maintain comprehensive documentation.
- Perform any additional duties as assigned by management.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current RCI certification.
- At least 5 years of experience working with pediatric and adult clients.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in documentation, including IEPs.
- Continuing education to maintain an RCI certification.
Desirable Qualities:
- Availability of 48 hours per week (8 hours/day, 6 days a week).
- Experience with pediatric therapy.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in tele-therapy platforms and computer technology.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
