Position: Associate Dean – Student Engagement & Campus Activities

(Reporting to Dean – Students Welfare)

Location: Barasat

Key Responsibilities:

• Organize and oversee student-led events, clubs, cultural festivals, and sports activities.
• Build leadership and advocacy platforms for student representation.
• Improve student satisfaction, feedback systems, and campus life indicators.
• Coordinate large-scale student engagement programs and competitions.
• Foster collaboration between students, alumni, and faculty mentors.
• Strengthen communication and visibility of student-led initiatives.

Desired Profile:

• Ph.D. in any discipline with minimum 8 years experience in student affairs or engagement roles in universities.
• Proven record in organizing large-scale student events and managing diverse student groups.
• Energetic, empathetic, and student-friendly mindset.
• Strong interpersonal, planning, and communication skills.
