- Guide students in using DAWs such as Logic Pro, Pro Tools, Ableton Live, FL Studio, etc.
- Mentor students through hands-on projects, studio sessions, and live recordings.
- Develop and update curriculum in line with industry standards and technological advancements.
- Conduct workshops, masterclasses, and guest lectures in collaboration with industry professionals.
- Supervise student internships, capstone projects, and final productions.
- Collaborate with colleagues to plan academic events, music fests, or audio showcases.
- Stay current with trends in music production, audio post-production, and sound design.
- Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Music Production, Sound Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of industry and/or academic experience.
- Proficiency in one or more Digital Audio Workstations (DAWs).
- Strong understanding of recording techniques, mixing/mastering, MIDI programming, and acoustics.
- Excellent communication, mentoring, and interpersonal skills.
- Portfolio of past music/audio projects is highly desirable.
- Experience with live sound, podcasting, or film scoring is a plus.
