- Assist Supply head for building the supply base for existing and new Customers across specific zones/cities
- Coordinate and work alongside all internal Stakeholders and build base of MP /Spot drivers
- Ensure alignment on how to pitch (Rates/timing/Trips/Days of operation)
- Develop driver incentive programs to drive expansion of our fleet & capacity
- Coordinate with the Customer Delight and ensure deployment of vehicles for spot bookings

Compliance
- Create/iterate processes to onboard, manage, train and schedule driver
- Ensure proper and systematic updation of Driver Roster
- Ensure proper documentation checks and collection of soft copies prior onboarding

Customer Experience
- Coordinate with Sales and ensure deployment of Required vehicles as per Target Date
- Manage the quality and efficiency of all vehicle to optimize customer experience

What we are looking for:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Experience ideally gained in high-pressure office environment including specific experience in supply management, development and implementation of policies and procedures
- Polite and tactful and able to maintain composure under pressure
- Sound judgment, a high degree of professionalism, and the ability to maintain confidentiality
- Strong analytical and organizational skills.
- Proactive and solution-orientated, able to use initiative and work independently
- Excellent organizational skills, ability to prioritize effectively and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Experience with inventory management, database, or similar software is beneficial.
