1. **Job purpose** The Service Contract Support Specialist will have ownership of a designated service contract base and will be responsible for driving the renewal process for those contracts with business stakeholders. They will also have ownership for any changes occurring within the contract lifecycle, parts updates, change orders, cancellations, monitoring data quality. The main objectives are: + Create pricing and documentation for assigned contract base, accurately and on time, to ensure proposals are sent to business stakeholders on time, following GSM Processes. + Drive contract renewals correctly in CRM with SOLs, with all data and required documentation, to ensure no delays/errors are incurred during booking + Ownership for any changes occurring within the contract lifecycle, parts updates, change orders, cancellations, monitoring data quality. As a Rule Stream, Configuration Expert here at Honeywell India, you will play a crucial role in configuring business-specific rules within Rule Stream, ensuring that our systems operate efficiently and effectively. Your expertise will be instrumental in testing, deploying, and training related to Rule Stream, ultimately driving operational excellence.
You will report directly to our Technical Manager, and you'll work out of our India location on a Hybrid work schedule.
In this role, you will impact the organization by ensuring that business rules are accurately configured and tested, leading to improved operational efficiency and compliance with business requirements.
**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**
Configure Business-Specific Rules: Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective configurations within Rule Stream. This includes defining the logic and parameters for rules that align with business processes and objectives.
