We are seeking a highly motivated and unconventional tax executive who can bring a fresh perspective to our team, develop and implement tax strategies that align with the company's unconventional values and culture and Identify tax planning opportunities and provide recommendations to management.
**Roles and Responsibilities**
1. Prepare tax returns, process payments, filings and completing all manner of compliances
under the GST law i.e. GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, GST Annual Return GSTR-9 & 9C etc.
2. Undertaking various nature of reconciliations required under the GST law for filing of Returns
3. Handling GST Audits
4. Filing of GST refund and follow up with department
5. Replying to general inquiry letters issued by the department.
6. Visit to GST department on need basis
7. Maintenance of all information pertaining to GST in easily retrievable manner
8. Assisting in the compilation, analysis and representation of the matters before the Authorities
9. Preparation and submission of GST returns
10. Analysis of relevant GST updates and informing clients
11. Compilation and filing of GST/IDT registration and Surrender Applications
12. GST/Indirect Tax department liaisoning
13. Working experience in some accounting software like Tally/SAP/Oracle (preferable)
14. Assisting the team in internal matters such as billings, risk compliances etc.
**Qualifications**
1. Graduates/Semi-Qualified C.A/C.S/MBA(Finance) with 3-5 years of Experience in Indirect Taxation
- 2. Knowledge of current legislation across the Global Tax and Legal function
3. Collect, assimilate, and analyse data and use standard processes and tools to help surface and support solutions in the Tax and Legal business
